Mother’s Day Breakfast Buffet Menu – includes coffee, assorted teas, orange juice, apple juice & orange guava juice.

CONTINENTAL CRAVINGS: A selection of fruit-filled fresh baked danishes, warm butter croissants, seasonal muffins, bagels, assorted breads including multigrain and cinnamon raisin breads, served with fresh fruit preserves, whipped butter and cream cheese. Fruit yogurts, cottage cheese, cereal & granola with assorted toppings.

FRESH FRUIT: A colourful selection of fresh fruit including mandarin orange segments, sliced Ontario peaches, strawberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, pineapple and honeydew melon.

CULINARY CREATIONS: Fluffy farm fresh scrambled eggs, spinach and red pepper egg white bites, sliced homestyle fried potatoes, brioche French toast, fluffy buttermilk pancakes, Berkshire pork sausage, thick sliced smoked pork bacon, cooked to perfection.

CHEF STATIONS: Chef’s made to order egg & omelette station, Belgian waffle station complete with fruit compotes, fresh berries, chocolate chips, m&m candies and whipped cream.
