Hop into the Americana Conference Resort for our Easter Breakfast Buffet. Join our host, the Easter Bunny for this family-friendly festive celebration. Dine on Breakfast favourites, enjoy made-to-order eggs and omelettes  & carving station featuring bone-in honey maple glazed ham. This family-friendly celebration includes chocolate eggs and a visit from the Easter Bunny for each child in attendance!

Easter Breakfast Buffet Menu – includes coffee, assorted teas, orange juice, apple juice & orange guava juice.

CONTINENTAL CRAVINGS: A selection of fruit-filled danishes, croissants, muffins, hot cross buns, bagels, white panini, multigrain and cinnamon raisin breads, served with fresh fruit preserves, butter and cream cheese. Fruit yogurts, cottage cheese, cereal & granola with assorted toppings.

FRESH FRUIT: A selection of fresh fruit including mandarin orange segments, sliced peaches, strawberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, pineapple and honeydew melon.

CULINARY CREATIONS: Fluffy farm fresh scrambled eggs, spinach and red pepper egg white bites, sliced homestyle fried potatoes, brioche French toast, fluffy buttermilk pancakes, Berkshire pork sausage, thick sliced smoked pork bacon.

CHEF STATIONS: Chef’s made to order egg & omelette station, carving station featuring spiral sliced honey maple glazed bone-in ham, Belgian waffle station complete with fruit compotes, fresh berries, chocolate chips, m&m candies and whipped cream.
